How beverages effect the health and bones?

Weak bones in children:
Nowadays, a common problem in children is weak bones and low stamina. They also get tired soon and are weaker usually. One of the reason is that they don’t get an adequate amount of milk or they don’t have access to pure milk.  Which causes weakness of bones, teeth, brain development, pains, slow growth and loss of immunity in children. It also results in the weakness of finger nails.
Role of parents and beverages:
Rather than milk availability, we are going to share an interesting and sad issue that how parents are playing with the health of their children. As we know that beverage industries are increasing rapidly and advertisement of beverages is played on from television screens to flexes in common streets.  It has become a common drink in homes with meals and in gatherings. But scientifically proven that it is not good for the health of children and persons at any age. It causes weakness of bones and teeth in children. It also decreases the stamina of growing children and that is a reason nowadays they do not take an active part in sports activities and are indulged in electronic devices.
Increase in bone-related problems in hospitals:
Dr Mahmood Saleem tells DSUAF in an interview that beverages have made the bones weak and people don’t consume milk now which meets the requirement of calcium. By these cases of bone-related problems has increased in hospitals. He further says that parents should avoid their children to drink beverages.
Parathyroid gland and beverages:
Parathyroid gland releases PTH and its function is to dissolve bone contents to blood.  Beverages speed up this process and bones are dissolved rapidly in blood and after that, it is excreted through the body by the excretory system. This is the reason by which bones and teeth are becoming weaker.
Tea and the old agers:
Usually, old people like to take tea and coffee frequently as the caffeine present in it makes them feel better. Experts say that in drinks like tea the calcium effect is reduced. So the people of old age must consume dairy products or calcium supplements with the recommendation of their registered physician.
Use of soda bottles in Aftari after fasting the whole day:
Nowadays in the Holy month of Ramadan, the duration of fast is almost 15-16 hours. In this time period, our stomach is completely empty and often people consume soda beverages mixed with milk in Aftari. Phosphoric acid in the soda causes milk proteins to stick with each other. It changes the composition of milk. And the calcium present in milk is no more useful for the body. Therefore, it is recommended to consume fresh juices, pure milk, buttermilk and freshwater in Aftari.
Drinking soda bottles empty stomach is harming as the acid present in the soda bottle will react with the walls of the stomach and will also cause acidity in the stomach. Thus, causing pain in the stomach, indigestion, bloating, heat burn and triggers the acid reflux. As it upsets the acid-alkaline balance of the stomach and disturbs the gastric linings.
Conclusion:
We should be careful about what we are feeding to our body. We should use fresh and natural juices. These fresh juices are nutritious, healthy and beneficial for the human body. Milk and dairy products must be included in the daily diet to meet the calcium requirement of the body. As calcium is essential for the functioning and growth of the body.
